WARRANTY PROCEDURE:
  • 1. Notify your salesperson immediately and provide a description of the problem.

  • 2. Get assistance from our technical support staff. Very often, problems may be arise due to operator error and can be corrected over the phone. If not, we will provide you with an RMA number authorizing you to return the unit to us.

  • 3. Once you have received an RMA, you are responsible for shipping the unit to Micro Associates. You should insure the unit for its full value. After repairing or replacing the unit, we will ship the unit back to you at no charge (USA only). If we are not able to repair or replace the equipment, Micro Associates will promptly issue a full refund.
Rarely, equipment may become damaged in transit. If you notice any evidence of rough handling, please take pictures of the carton and notify us and your freight carrier. If you encounter a problem with our equipment that is not the result of freight damage:
